On 1 September 2018, the Empire released the first coin minted by the Austenasian Treasury.
The limited edition Independence Day 2018 Commemorative Coin has a diameter of 3.8 cm and is made of a zinc alloy with a gold-coloured finish.
The coin has a face value of £3, and is legal tender within Austenasia. This is a very rare coin, with only one hundred having been minted.
The coin features a portrait of Emperor Jonathan I on one side, and the inscription "Ten Years Since The Declaration Of Independence" on the other.
The coin is available for sale while stocks last for its face value, plus £1.50 for postage and packaging.
