She was given the title Defender and Chief Mouser of the Imperial Residence by Emperor Jonathan I on 23 December, and was promoted to Guardian of the Imperial Residence upon the death of Edd the following year. https://austenasia.webs.com/apps/photos/photo?photoID=203483722 203483722 Edd Edd (pedigree name Hyerdunscar's Notorious Edd of Carothan) was born on 29 December 2008 and died on 4 April 2017. Bought by the Imperial Family in March 2009, Edd was descended from the Frankental and Graecia kennels, and qualified for Crufts in 2010, 2011 and 2012. In April 2014, Edd became Mascot of the Order of the Bullmastiff upon the death of Rose, and was granted the title Guardian of the Imperial Residence in May 2016. https://austenasia.webs.com/apps/photos/photo?photoID=181286725 181286725 Rose Rose (pedigree name Bramarley Paloma of Carothan) was born on 17 June 2006 and bought by the future Imperial Family in September 2006. She was appointed Mascot of the Order of the Bullmastiff on 3 January 2009 upon the Order's founding. Rose qualified in April 2008 to become a Pets as Therapy, or PAT dog; a very rare achievement for a bullmastiff. Shown in several dog shows, she qualified for Crufts 2008 and 2010. He is photographed here being held by the then Princess Caroline. He was Rose's sixth cousin, as they shared a great-great-great-great-great grandfather (Champion Saturn of Graecia, born in 1987). https://austenasia.webs.com/apps/photos/photo?photoID=181286724 181286724 Joe Joe was a rescued greyhound-saluki crossbreed who was temporarily cared for by the future Imperial Family for a week in October 2005 before being given to an RSPCA shelter, from which he was bought by a permanent owner a few months later. Woo-Woo is buried in Wrythe Pet Cemetery with Rodney, a crab. https://austenasia.webs.com/apps/photos/photo?photoID=181286732 181286732 Daah Daah was an orfe (Leuciscus idus) bought by the Imperial Family in July 2008 with Woo-Woo to replace Sven II and Lovehearty II. After Daah became the only surviving pet fish on 18 August, he was moved to an outdoors waterbutt in February 2009 to save room indoors and give him more space to swim around in.
